Prejudice, tolerance and diversity are the themes addressed in this picture book by author Mauricio Negro, recognized with awards and national and international accolades. Two characters, one whose skin is black and the other with skin of another color, experience moments of hunger, cold, fear, heat, anger, fun, and joy. Anxiety, desires, joys and sorrows are emotions that are felt by all human beings, regardless of the color of their skin. The vibrant tones and contrasts propose a reflection that goes beyond racial boundaries.
