Lili’s Surgery tells the story of a good friendship that almost ends because of an accident: while playing hide-and-seek, Gregório the frog gets trapped in the trunk of his little elephant friend, Lili. So, left with no other choice, Lili has to undergo surgery to have Gregório pulled out of his trunk. To do so, she will have to be very brave.
